Clients typically engage in regular coaching for 2 months to years. This most often depends on the role you want coaching to play. For some people, the goal is boot camp-style skill development and out the door. For others, it is incorporating coaching as a long-term, regular support.

  • Only if you want it! Coaching isn’t meant to be another class. Rather, it is meant to be a resource for you to grow your skills and strategies. If homework is helpful to you in that growth, you’ve got it!
